Once you complete the trip inquiry form, we’ll schedule a call or connect via email to discuss your travel preferences, expectations, and budget. Together, we’ll explore options, share ideas, and address any special requests you have.
Once the planning fee is paid, I’ll get to work on your itinerary. You’ll receive a detailed proposal with the route, hotels, transfers, and excursions for your review. After approval, we’ll move forward with a deposit (typically 20-30% of the trip).
At this stage, we’ll finalize all the finer details—arranging anything we haven’t covered yet, such as trains, transportation (in case we couldn't secure them before), restaurant bookings, and spa appointments.
Once everything is confirmed, I’ll send you your final day-by-day itinerary, complete with all confirmations, vouchers, and details. You’ll receive it digitally, in PDF format, and on your app!
Then, it’s time to pack and go!

This Includes up to 5 travelers. For each additional traveler, there is a charge of 25 USD per person per week.
Additional charges may apply if a major voluntary change is required after the deposit according to the complexity of it.

Why do you charge a planning fee?
The planning fee allows me to dedicate the time and expertise needed to create a personalized, seamless itinerary. It covers all the work involved in tailoring your trip, securing exclusive perks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This also means that I pay more attention to your needs than to the commission.
Why don't you book with points?
Points are managed through your personal account, so I can’t access or control them. Booking through me over points can give you access to promotional rates, exclusive perks, and a fully tailored experience that points often can’t provide.
Why don't you book Airbnb?
While I don’t handle Airbnb bookings directly, I can provide guidance to select the right property and location. However, I can’t guarantee the quality, customer service, or resolve any issues with the host, as those elements are beyond my control.
To maintain affordable planning fees, I do require the majority of your nights to be booked through hotels arranged by me.
Will you be available 24/7 for me? What if I need assistance during my trip?
While I'm not available 24/7 I will add to your itinerary all confirmations, addresses, and end supplier contact details so you can directly contact your driver or any service without waiting for me.
I’ll share my WhatsApp before your trip for any during-travel emergencies or questions and typically reply within 24 hours. Please note, I will only respond to during travel-related inquiries.
Can I make changes to my itinerary?
Yes, but once the deposit is paid, only minor adjustments are allowed (e.g., restaurant reservations, spa appointments, transfers, excursions). These changes are limited to 3 requests or cancellations per trip.
Any major voluntary changes after deposit to flights, hotels, number of guests, or destinations may incur a fee, depending on the complexity of the change.
Do you work with a minimal budget?
Luxury travel is personal, and for me, it’s about value rather than price. While I work with a range of budgets, I do only recommend 4* and above hotels, which typically start at around €150-200 per night, to ensure quality and an exceptional experience.
